Here are the results from a shoot in Swinley Park in Ascot and also Bracknell of a recent shoot with a student. We aimed to have a mixture of different looks while keeping it simple.

Camera & Lighting Technical Details
The woodland shots where taken with two remote Nikon CLS speedlights (SB-900 and SB-800 controlled by the SU-800 Commander) with silver umbrella and softbox. A gold reflector was also used in the the close-ups. I used a wide aperture to achieve the soft focus in the background and therefore needed a high speed of around 1/1000 sec to keep the background dark. The Nikon CLS system is able to fire the flashes at such high speeds.
We then went to her home and set up the portable studio in her lounge and used a beauty dish with a speedlight plus Lastolite Ezybox for her hair highlights and an umbrella for fill. I used my Sekonic L-358 Flash Master L358 for the first time to set three lights up and took my first shot. Only one had to be tweeked and we were able to start shooting. It was a great help and gave perfect exposures.
